October 1998

Upon further review, the states of Illinois and Indiana feel that the emission factor they originally used for emissions of chlordane from sludge drying is inappropriate. This data has been removed from the report and database.

Changes in the report include:

Table 3-1: List of target compounds in the Great Lakes regional air toxic emissions inventory and estimated emissions for the calendar year 1993. The value for chlordane has been changed from 128,207.82 lbs/yr to Not Calculated.

Figure 3-6: Chlordane; 1993 Estimated Emissions by Source Category for Point and Area Sources, has been removed.

Table A-1: Illinois Emissions by County in pounds/year, chlordane has been removed.

Table B-1: Indiana Emissions by County in pounds/year, chlordane had been removed.

March 1999

The Province of Ontario's data has been incorporated in the 1993 inventory report. All of the data has been updated to reflect the additional information.
