In this issue of Keeping it on the Land, we look for funding opportunities under President Obama’s proposed Fiscal Year 2010 budget for the Great Lakes Basin Program for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control. Upcoming congressional action will determine whether prospects are promising—or not—for multi-year large scale watershed-based projects.
