There has been some recent problems the upload to download ratio is very off wack.  there has to be drastic change or this server is going to be forced to close its doors to everyone downloading, try to keep hotline free, upload. if there isnt change soon this server will be put down.  as for now if you do upload a request or anything else that is cool drop your name with a txt file into the admin drop box with a desired login and password so that if change does not happen you will be able to continue as usual.
