Great Lakes Air Deposition Program
Request for Proposals 2006
RFP Application Deadline:
5pm, EST on Wednesday, December 7, 2005
Please follow the steps below to submit your proposal for a Great Lakes Air
Deposition Program Grant:
- Download and carefully read the Application
Guidelines (PDF). If you have questions or comments about these instructions,
please submit your questions to Kevin Yam at the Great Lakes Commission
at kyam@glc.org or
at 734/971.9135.
Download the proposal/budget
template (MS
Word 2002) or (Rich Text Format).
Please note: The proposal/budget template provides a sample format on how to
structure the prospoal. The proposal document shouldcontain common fonts
(such as Arial, Times New Roman, Courier, etc.) at no smaller
than 10 point type.
Additional graphics or charts can be inserted into the MS Word/RTF document.
- Complete the proposal and save to either *.DOC, *.WPD or *.PDF
for online upload and submission.
- Press the "Apply
Now" button below to submit your application online.
Once the button is pressed, a new window will pop-up with the official
GLAD application form (Adobe Acrobat 5 Required, click
here to download the latest version of Acrobat).
- Please complete the
official GLAD application form and "Print" a hard
copy for your submission.
- Follow the instruction
of the official GLAD application form and press the
"Submit" button at the bottom of the form to proceed
to the next step.
- Select your proposal
and its file format and press "Upload" to submit
your proposal online. Your proposal will be submitted to us immediately.
An email notification will be sent out within 24 to 48 hours.
The deadline to submit online is December 7, 2005 at 5:00pm EST.
- Please send your completed
proposal (all pages with signatures) as hard-copies to Kevin
Yam at the Great Lakes Commission. Hard copies can be received after
the deadline.
Before submitting a proposal, be sure that the propobal conforms to the length
limits identified on page 6 of the RFP under "Proposal Formatting" and
contains all reqired components listed in that section.
If email confirmation of your submission is not recieved within 2 business
days, you must contact Kevin Yam at the Great Lakes Commission to
confirm its receipt.
