This report evaluates monitoring programs on Lake St. Clair. It includes a gap analysis comparing a previously identified list of monitoring needs and results of an inventory of Lake St. Clair monitoring programs. It also includes a strategic plan that incorporates results of the gap analysis and examines opportunities to better coordinate monitoring programs to meet previously identified monitoring needs.
