The 2002 redesign of the Great Lakes Commission web site was developed by Jonathon D. Colman, Christine Manninen, Kevin Yam, and Hao Zhuang for the Great Lakes Commission from May-October, 2002.

The version that was in use before our redesign effort was developed by Morgan Anderson and was actually a redesign (officially released in June, 1999) of an even earlier edition about which little information is available.
