An old workhorse tugboat will have a new home. On Friday, November 22, the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation proudly completed the formal transfer of the Robinson Bay tugboat to the Great Lakes Maritime Academy during a ceremony at Eisenhower Lock in Massena, New York.
