The United States Department of Agriculture announced Monday it would be purchasing $20 million of Concord grape juice, which is mostly all grown right along the shores of Lake Erie. Some growers say it’s only going to help the farmers with existing contracts and does not address the 126 farmers who still don’t have a home for their grapes.
