Lake Erie walleye are booming. Yellow perch are a different story

Fisheries managers in Michigan and Ohio say Lake Erie’s walleye population is enjoying a historic run. However, yellow perch numbers have fallen badly enough in parts of the lake that fishery managers cut the amount anglers and commercial crews can harvest this year. Read the full story by MLive.
