Milwaukee’s famous abandoned boat, Deep Thought, has a new captain. The boat, which served as a temporary visitor attraction on Lake Michigan’s shoreline, sold for $2,525 on Aug. 5 after a less-than-stellar two-week bidding process, falling short of the county’s hoped-for $20,000.
