U.S. Coast Guard to lift Saginaw Bay safety zone

The U.S. Coast Guard will deactivate its safety zone on Lake Huron in Saginaw Bay at 4 p.m. Saturday, March 14, opening the waterway to vessel traffic as warming temperatures deteriorate ice conditions. Read the full story by MLive.
