EGLE holds final hearing on Line 5 water discharge permit

Michigan environmental regulators held what could be the final public hearing on the proposed Line 5 tunnel project. The Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy is re-considering a request from operator Enbridge to discharge 5 million gallons of water per day into Lake Michigan.
