Welcome to the first annual meeting of SCAS! We look forward to welcoming you to Montreal for an exciting week of talks, panel discussions, social events, community building, and great science! Although the Society of Canadian Limnologists and the Canadian Conference for Fisheries Research have had joint-annual conferences since 1979, the meeting in 2023 marks our first official conference as the new Society of Canadian Aquatic Sciences (SCAS).
