SWIM governance structure

The Great Lakes SWIM Project is a multi-agency effort supported by several federal investments and the stakeholder community at large. Subject matter experts make up the implementation teams that divide and conquer data collection and field work efforts in consultation with core federal and planning team oversight. The Great Lakes Commission provides neutral support to ensure project objectives are on track and achievable.
