Will the money come to finish the Soo Lock expansion in Michigan?

Construction of a new Soo Lock on the St. Marys River in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, is facing an upcoming financial deadline. Under the current budget in Washington, the money for the new lock needs to be allocated before September 25. Read the full story by Bridge Michigan.
