In Ohio, Toledo’s harbor will see its first cruise ship in decades when a Great Lakes vessel docks there Friday. Victory Cruise Lines’ 286-foot ship, called Victory I, will dock at One Maritime Plaza at 11:30 a.m., where multiple local organizations and elected officials will welcome nearly 200 passengers to the Glass City.
