Join the Michigan Chapter of the Soil and Water Conservation Society for presentations on two current water quality projects from Michigan State University’s Institute for Water Research (IWR). The first will describe a project in the River Raisin Watershed in which IWR is conducting tile drain monitoring and sharing the data with producers to inform conservation efforts on their fields. The second will review IWR’s efforts to improve water quality and enhance groundwater recharge in the Maple River Watershed through an NRCS Regional Conservation Partnership Program.
Each presentation will be followed by a Q&A session. There is no fee, but registration is required.
