The Wisconsin Supreme Court could hear a case in the coming years centered around Enbridge Energy’s reroute of the pipeline known as Line 5. About 12 miles of the pipeline cuts through the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa’s reservation, though the easements for the land the pipeline is on have expired.
